Key-shaped USB flash drives can have logos customized via:

Size requirements:
The size must be determined based on the printable/engravable area of the USB pen drive (such as USB drive casing area). Generally, it is recommended that the logo width does not exceed 5-30mm (depending on the specific product size) and the height does not exceed 3-15mm, to avoid exceeding the carrier’s range or distortion due to proportion imbalance.
For logos containing text, the font size must meet the minimum recognizable size (e.g., text for laser engraving is recommended to be no smaller than 2mm×2mm, and text for silk screen printing no smaller than 1.5mm×1.5mm). Sufficient space must be reserved for complex patterns to prevent blurring of details.

Resolution requirements:
For flat printing processes such as silk screen printing and color printing, bitmap files with a resolution of 300dpi or higher (e.g., PNG, JPG) or vector files (e.g., AI, CDR, EPS) are required—vector files can be scaled without loss of quality, making them more suitable for complex lines and text to avoid blurring when enlarged.
Laser engraving has slightly lower resolution requirements but still requires clear vector files or high-pixel bitmaps (recommended to be no less than 200dpi). In particular, for fine patterns (such as thin lines, gradients), sharp edges must be ensured; otherwise, jaggies or loss of details may occur.
