Metal USB drives are suitable for simple logos or patterns with clear lines. Customization of logos or images in up to 4 colors can be achieved through color printing. In addition, printing can also be done on the packaging boxes.

• Logo customization prices:
  • Laser engraving: Typically, laser engraving costs 0.2 yuan per side, and 0.4 yuan for both sides.
  • Silk-screen printing: A plate-making fee is required, which is approximately 50 yuan. For each color in silk-screen printing, the cost is 0.2 yuan per unit, with additional charges for multiple colors.
• Packaging prices:
  • Ordinary blister packaging: Usually included in the quoted price for customized products, with no extra charge.
  • Iron box packaging: Each iron box is about 1.5 yuan. If a custom logo is needed on the iron box, additional fees will apply.
  • Paper box packaging: Prices vary significantly depending on the material, craftsmanship, and design of the paper box, ranging from a few yuan to several dozen yuan. For example, some simple paper gift boxes may cost a few yuan each, while exquisitely designed paper boxes with better materials (such as those with traditional Chinese styles) may range from 10 yuan to 50 yuan.

• Stainless steel: This is one of the most widely used materials for metal USB drives. It boasts excellent corrosion resistance, is not prone to rusting, and can maintain a good appearance and performance in various environments. Additionally, stainless steel has high hardness, strong impact resistance, and a long service life, making it suitable for frequent daily use.
• Aluminum alloy: USB drives made of aluminum alloy are relatively lightweight, offering good portability. They have strong plasticity and can be crafted into various complex shapes through processes like die-casting and stamping, allowing for more flexible and diverse design options. Moreover, aluminum alloy has a certain degree of corrosion resistance and wear resistance.
• Zinc alloy: With a low melting point, zinc alloy is easy to cast and can accurately replicate fine patterns and designs. Therefore, it is often used to make USB drives with exquisite appearances and intricate decorations. However, zinc alloy is slightly less corrosion-resistant than stainless steel and aluminum alloy, requiring surface treatment to enhance its oxidation resistance.
• Titanium alloy: Titanium alloy features high strength, low density, and excellent corrosion resistance, remaining stable even in humid environments or when exposed to chemicals. It also has good biocompatibility and is non-irritating to the human body. Nevertheless, due to its higher cost, it is relatively less used in ordinary metal USB drives.
• Brass: Brass USB drives have a unique metallic luster and develop a natural patina over time, exuding a vintage charm. However, brass is prone to oxidation and discoloration, requiring regular maintenance to preserve its appearance.
